Is GTA 4 going to tie into the other gta's

Is GTA 4 going to be tied in at all with the other GTA's (sequal like) in any way or is it just going to be like another san andreas and not include any mafia or yakuza?

What do you guys think?

i think it's suppose to be like, Russian - maybe some Russian Mafia / ex-KGB tie-in's - that'd be insanely hot.

I know its about the russian guy and all that but, do you guys think the russian mafia is going to go against the mafia familys in the other GTA's?

i think im going to get this but idk i wasnt feelin the first couple due to the fact that the guns never really changed other than the dildo hah but i always thought they got boring after a while and all the driving drove me crazy i just hope this doesnt tie in at all with the others

New thing thats coming to GTA4 is that if you hit something head on in a car, you'll fly out of the window, and likewise for pedestrians.
